I'm the Food Police in this family and am always trying to force feed or sneak random healthy foods into my unsuspecting kids and hubby....but with these protein bars, I didn't have to get to creative to get them into the little bodies that I love! This recipe totally passed the taste test from my ENTIRE family...really, that's something unheard of! I encourage you to make these wonderful protein bars! They were gone in just a few days between sending them with my husband and the kids for mid day snacks and carrying a few with me to the gym. Try 'em and let me know what you think!
